Als Technieker Gebouwbeheer op onze locatie in Antwerpen draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het operationeel houden van alle kritieke installaties op onze site.

Dit is géén alledaagse functie als klusjesman of een gestroomlijnde rol aan de fabriekslijn: hier maak je écht het verschil door complexe storingen zelfstandig op te lossen, ook op de meest beslissende momenten. Samen met een professioneel team waak je over de technische veiligheid binnen een unieke, gespecialiseerde context.

Waar maak jij het verschil?

Kritische storingsanalyse & onderhoud: Je spoort technische defecten snel op en verhelpt ze zelfstandig.

Verantwoordelijkheid in wachtdienst: Je draait gemiddeld 1 week op 3 à 4 mee in het wachtsysteem. Bij dringende nacht- of weekendstoringen ben jij de rots in de branding die ter plaatse de juiste beslissingen neemt en de situatie veilig stelt. Werk op het terrein: Je voert herstellingen uit doorheen het gehele centrum, inclusief de kamers en leefruimtes van patiënten. Jouw profiel: Matuur, Stipt en Technisch Onderlegd Omdat je in een gesloten en gevoelige setting werkt waar veiligheidsprotocollen tot in het kleinste detail moeten worden nageleefd, zoeken we een doorgewinterd profiel:

Sterke technische achtergrond: Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in brede gebouwentechniek (HVAC, elektriciteit, sanitair/technische installaties). Ervaring puur als lijn- of productietechnieker is onvoldoende. Zelfstandig & Besluitvaardig: Je hebt de maturiteit om tijdens een wachtdienst alleen op te treden en zelfstandig storingen op te lossen.

Regelvast en Veiligheidsbewust: Je volgt procedures en instructies strikt op. Je bent professioneel, correct en hebt geen schroom om te werken in een omgeving met gedetineerden. Taal- & Rijvaardigheid: Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is essentieel voor de veiligheidscommunicatie. Je beschikt over een Rijbewijs B (noodzakelijk voor de dienstwagen).

Wettelijke voorwaarde: Gezien de specifieke omgeving is een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister vereist.
