Allround Fietsadviseur Leensvaart Rijwielen is al meer dan 50 jaar een begrip in de regio. Daar zijn we natuurlijk best een beetje trots op. In onze winkel is het regelmatig gezellig druk: klanten komen binnen voor een nieuwe (elektrische) fiets, goed advies, een accessoire of gewoon met een vraag waar ze zelf even niet uitkomen. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een allround fiets adviseur die het leuk vindt om klanten écht te helpen. Iemand die makkelijk een praatje maakt, goed luistert en pas tevreden is als de klant met een goed gevoel én de juiste fiets de deur uitgaat. Samen met een gezellig team zorg je ervoor dat onze winkel er netjes uitziet, klanten goed geholpen worden en achter de schermen alles op rolletjes loopt. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: ● Je adviseert klanten over (elektrische) fietsen en accessoires. ● Je helpt klanten bij de aankoop en zorgt voor een fijne winkelervaring. ● Je zorgt ervoor dat de aftersales goed geregeld is. ● Je verkoopt producten en houdt de voorraad op orde. ● Je neemt binnenkomende goederen in ontvangst en verwerkt deze. ● Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel netjes, overzichtelijk en uitnodigend blijft. Wie ben jij? We zoeken vooral iemand die bij ons past. Je bent klantgericht, houdt van aanpakken en vindt het leuk om met verschillende mensen om te gaan. Daarnaast: ● Ben je beschikbaar voor 24 tot 40 uur per week, waarbij dinsdag, vrijdag en zaterdag vaste werkdagen zijn. ● Heb je minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau. ● Kun je zowel zelfstandig als goed in een team werken. ● Vind je het niet erg om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. ● Ben je communicatief sterk, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht. ● Kun je makkelijk schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. ● Heb je ervaring in de verkoop; ervaring in een salesfunctie is een pré.
