Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de bouwdistributie zijn we op zoek naar een Vliegende Medewerker voor de regio Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. In deze afwisselende functie ondersteun je verschillende filialen tijdens drukke periodes, afwezigheden, opleidingen en specifieke projecten.

Jobomschrijving

Als Magazijnmedewerker

  • Klaarzetten van bestellingen volgens bestelbonnen.
  • Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens.
  • Verwerken van inkomende goederen.
  • Zorgen voor een net en georganiseerd magazijn.
  • Werken volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Als Plooier

  • Uitvoeren van maat- en plooiwerk in zink, koper en aluminium.
  • Instellen en programmeren van CNC-gestuurde plooibanken en snijlijnen.
  • Correct positioneren van materialen in de machines.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Klanten informeren en ondersteunen bij technische vragen.

Als Baliemedewerker

  • Professioneel ontvangen en verder helpen van klanten.
  • Verstrekken van technisch advies en meedenken over oplossingen.
  • Opstellen van offertes.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen.
  • Opmaken van facturen en administratieve verwerking.

Extra verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ondersteunen van verschillende filialen binnen jouw regio.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een positieve werksfeer te creëren.
  • Bijdragen aan een uitstekende klantenservice.
  • Wekelijks afstemmen van de planning met de regiomanager.

KandidatenprofielTechnische kennis & ervaring

  • Affiniteit met de bouwsector, bij voorkeur dak- en gevelmaterialen.
  • Ervaring met heftruck en/of reachtruck.
  • Heftruckattest of bereidheid dit te behalen.
  • Technisch inzicht en kunnen werken met plannen en tekeningen.
  • Ervaring binnen een magazijn, vestiging of commercieel bouwbedrijf.
  • Goede administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Kennis van SAP of een ander ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
