The posting

Voor de Belgische tak van een internationale groep actief in de infrastructuurwerken is Robert Half op zoek naar een allround Financial Analyst (M/V/X) - Regio Merelbeke - Melle.

De Belgische tak kan je zien als een autonoom verlengstuk van de groep die actief overnames doet en jaar op jaar solide financiële groeicijfers laat optekenen.

Je gaat instaan voor de financiële opvolging van de operationele werven en bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige finance luik van één van de business units. Je gaat werken voor een no no-nonsense bedrijf met een vlakke structuur waar collega's voor elkaar inspringen en work-life balans belangrijk is.

Je rapporteert aan de CFO en werkt nauw samen met de verschillende projectleiders en Head of Operations.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Allround Financial Analyst (M/V/X) zijn:

  • Je verzamelt maandelijks alle informatie m.b.t. kosten en opbrengsten van de verschillende lopende projecten.
  • Dit is alvast een greep uit je taken:
  • Analyse van de financiële resultaten van de afzonderlijke werven;
  • Maandelijks verwerken van vorderingsstaten;
  • Monitoren van gemaakte kosten en budget;
  • Identificeren, rapporteren en verklaren van afwijkingen en resultaten;
  • Ondersteunen en coördineren van de externe audit;
  • Berekenen van resultaten;
  • Ad hoc analyses;
  • Actieve deelname aan management- en directiemeetings voor het bespreken van resultaten en nacalculaties van de verschillende projecten;
  • Je waakt over de boekhouding en fiscale opvolging van een business unit: controle van de de boekingen en zorgt ervoor dat jaarrekeningen, resultatenrekeningen, balansen en btw-aangiftes correct en tijdig gebeuren voor de verschillende vennootschappen.
  • Als het te druk wordt op de afdeling, steek je zelf even de handen uit de mouwen om de boekhouders te helpen.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een Master in een financiële richting;
  • Je kan bij voorkeur een eerste relevante werkervaring voorleggen;
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en gaat gestructureerd te werk;
  • Je bent een vlotte communicator, dynamisch en flexibel ingesteld;
  • Je kan zeer goed overweg met Excel. Ervaring Power BI is een sterke troef;
  • Naast het Nederlands kan je je ook uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent bereid om op regelmatige basis een van de sites te bezoeken vanuit jouw finance rol.
