Allround Financieel Medewerker Bergschenhoek 16-20 uur MBO Voor een moderne en innovatieve organisatie in de glastuinbouw zijn wij op zoek naar een allround financieel medewerker. Het gaat om een parttime functie met veel afwisseling, flexibiliteit en zelfstandigheid binnen een informele werkomgeving. Over de organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een vooruitstrevend bedrijf actief in de teelt voor de Nederlandse en internationale markt. Binnen het team heerst een no-nonsense mentaliteit: hard werken, korte lijnen en oog voor elkaar. Kwaliteit, betrokkenheid en samenwerking staan centraal. Wat ga je doen? Als allround financieel medewerker ben jij de administratieve spil van de organisatie. Je werkzaamheden zijn divers en bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren en verwerken van inkoopfacturen in Exact Online - Beheer van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie - Voorbereiden van btw-aangiftes voor de accountant - Ondersteuning bij de loonadministratie (in samenwerking met een extern accountantskantoor), inclusief het uitdraaien van loonstroken en SEPA-batches - Verwerken van contracten en offertes - Bijhouden van diverse Excel-overzichten (o.a. urenregistraties en energiecontracten) - Beantwoorden van telefoon en beheren van de mailbox - Office management en overige ondersteunende werkzaamheden - Ondersteuning bij RI&E- en certificeringstrajecten In de periode november t/m april is het rustiger en werk je ongeveer 4 ochtenden per week. In de zomermaanden werk je 16-20 uur per week. De uren zijn flexibel in te delen, bijvoorbeeld onder schooltijden. Wat verwachten we van jou? - Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting financiële administratie - Relevante werkervaring is een pré - Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en betrouwbaar - Je hebt ervaring met Exact Online en MS Office (met name Excel en Outlook) - Je bent communicatief vaardig en denkt graag mee - En: een gezonde dosis h...
