Wat ga je doen? Als Allround Forwarder ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het opzetten van nieuwe activiteiten en het uitbreiden van het klantenbestand. Je bent dagelijks in contact met klanten, logistieke aanbieders, rederijen en vervoerders. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het zelfstandig initiëren van nieuwe activiteiten en uitbreiden van het klantenbestand. - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten, logistieke partners, rederijen en vervoerders. - Het analyseren van het huidige klantenbestand, met focus op omzet en modaliteiten. - Het samenwerken en ondersteunen van het sales team en de operations afdeling. - Het verzorgen van een goede communicatie met klanten rondom offertes en aftersales. - Het actief betrekken bij de implementatie van nieuwe klanten en hun volumes. - Het samen met het management monitoren van de resultaten op reguliere basis. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je hebt een HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring als allround expediteur, bij voorkeur met ervaring in import/export. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Je bent klantgericht, accuraat, enthousiast, hebt een no-nonsense instelling en een flexibele werkhouding. - Je hebt geen 9-5 mentaliteit en bent bereid om in een dynamische werkomgeving te werken.
