WerkTalent Allround Gevelmedewerker | tot €3.400,- Zelhem De organisatie richt zich op isolatie, gevelonderhoud, restauratie en steigerwerk. Zij werken aan het onderhouden en verbeteren van woningen en gebouwen, waarbij zowel renovatie als verduurzaming centraal staat. Medewerkers werken samen op projecten in de regio met duidelijke werkafspraken en een praktische werkwijze. Functieomschrijving Als Allround Gevelmedewerker werk je aan het onderhouden en herstellen van gevels. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Reinigen van gevels met hogedrukapparatuur en geschikte reinigingsmiddelen; - Uithakken van oud voegwerk en opnieuw voegen met de juiste mortel; - Herstellen van beschadigd metselwerk en vervangen van stenen; - Opbouwen en gebruiken van steigers en veilig werken op hoogte; - Controleren van gevels en signaleren van schade of slijtage; - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met collega's en uitvoerders op locatie. Werkdag van 07:30 tot 16:15 uur op project locatie, met korte reistijden dankzij de lokale vestigingen. Functie-eisen - Rijbewijs B; - Netjes en veilig werken; - Op tijd aanwezig en bereid om buiten te werken; Ervaring in gevelonderhoud is een pré; - Rijbewijs BE is een pré; - Bekend met veilig werken volgens VCA is een pré. Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris: start €18,22 per uur, na 6 maanden €19,25; - 48 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband; - Werkkleding, beschermingsmiddelen en gereedschap; - Bedrijfsbus voor werkzaamheden; - Werken in je eigen regio met korte reistijd; - Interne opleiding in gevelonderhoud en doorgroeimogelijkheid naar teamleider; - Overige arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens cao.
