In de rol van allround horecamedewerker ben je een essentieel onderdeel van ons team en verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte en aangename werking. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom voelt. Je werkt vooral in de zaal, maar bent ook bereid om bij te springen waar nodig.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat onder andere:

  • Klanten warm onthalen en bedienen.
  • Bestellingen opnemen en correct doorgeven.
  • Zaalservice verzorgen en tafels afruimen.
  • Barservice uitvoeren en gerechten afwerken.
  • Ontbijt klaarmaken en opdienen.
  • Klanten adviseren bij hun keuze van gerechten.
  • Voorraad opvolgen en tijdig bestellingen plaatsen.
  • Leveringen opvolgen en reservaties bevestigen.
  • Telefonische oproepen behandelen en betalingen ontvangen.
  • Meedenken over de dagelijkse planning en organisatie.
  • Collega's, flexi's en studenten ondersteunen waar nodig.
  • Bijdragen aan een goede sfeer en vlotte werking binnen het team.
  • Indien nodig, ook ondersteunen in de keuken.

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die zich herkent in de volgende punten:

  • Je hebt ervaring in de horeca of hospitality.
  • Je bent bewust op zoek naar een voltijdse job met vaste daguren.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar voelt je ook goed in een klein en hecht team.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en speelt vlot in op de verschillende wensen van klanten.
  • Spontaniteit, enthousiasme en authenticiteit zijn eigenschappen die jou kenmerken.
  • Je bent klantgericht en hebt een commerciële instelling.
  • Stressbestendigheid is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Initiatief nemen is voor jou een tweede natuur.
  • Je hebt interesse in zowel de zaal als de keuken.
