  • Als receptionist verwelkom je de gasten in ons hotel. Je bent hun contact vanaf reservatie tot na het verblijf. Wanneer zij blij zijn, ben jij tevreden en trots. Je helpt hen met vragen en tips. Ook via mail en telefonisch sta je onze gasten te woord. Je verwerkt reservaties en betalingen. Om alles vlot te laten verlopen ben je administratief sterk.
  • Je helpt als receptionist ook in de bar. Stil zitten achter een bureau is dan ook niets voor jou.
  • Specifieke opleidingen of diploma’s zijn niet nodig. Enthousiasme des te meer. Kennis van Frans, Engels en Nederlands zijn wel een must.
  • Je begrijpt dat werken in een hotel (24/7 open), ook weekendwerk met zich meebrengt, alsook werk op zon- en feestdagen. Je werkt voornamelijk overdag en dat tijdens vroege of late shiften.
