Vanuit ons compacte HR-team ondersteunen we dagelijks onze vestigingen, managers en medewerkers. Dat betekent adviseren én aanpakken: het ene moment spar je met een manager over een HR-vraagstuk, het volgende moment regel je wat nodig is of werk je samen met je HR-collega's aan een organisatiebreed project. Daarbij kijken we altijd vooruit: kan het slimmer, makkelijker of beter? Over Excent Tandtechniek Excent Tandtechniek combineert vakmanschap met innovatie en moderne, digitale technieken binnen de tandtechniek en orthodontie. Sinds 2024 maken we onderdeel uit van Liberty Dental Group. Vanuit het Excent Service Center (ESC) in Reeuwijk ondersteunen we centraal onze Excent-vestigingen. Onze kernwaarden Passie, Plezier, Vertrouwen en Verbinding zie je terug in de manier waarop we samenwerken. Wat ga je doen? Als HR Adviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt en de HR-sparringpartner voor een aantal van onze vestigingen. Samen met je collega HR Adviseur verdeel je de verschillende tandtechnische laboratoria in Nederland. Voor jouw vestigingen draag je zelfstandig de HR-verantwoordelijkheid.
