We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - Teamleiders adviseert en ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende personele vraagstukken - Verzuimcasussen begeleidt in samenwerking met teamleiders, de bedrijfsarts, externe casemanagers en andere betrokkenen - Adviseert over functioneren, ontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid - Ondersteunt bij werving- en selectieprocedures - Begeleidt arbeidsvoorwaardelijke en rechtspositionele vraagstukken - Knelpunten in HR-processen signaleert en verbetervoorstellen doet - Deelneemt aan overleggen met management, HR-collega's en andere stakeholders - Zorgt voor een correcte vastlegging en opvolging van HR-dossiers - Een bijdrage levert aan de herziening van het personeelshandboek Welke talenten heb jij? Spreekt de rol van Allround HR-adviseur je aan en herken je je in het onderstaande profiel? - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als HR-adviseur in de afgelopen 10 jaar - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie of een andere overheidsinstelling - Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau, bij voorkeur in HR - Je beschikt over aanvullende HR-cursussen en/of trainingen - Je hebt in de afgelopen 5 jaar ervaring opgedaan met verzuimbegeleiding en arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken - Je bent organisatiesensitief, omgevingsbewust en vaardig in het geven van advies - Je bent resultaatgericht, werkt graag samen, kunt zorgvuldig oordelen en handelt proactief - Je kunt vanaf 1 oktober 2026 gemiddeld 18 uur per week werken - Je bent woonachtig binnen een straal van 40 kilometer van Borculo Hoe belonen wij jouw talent?
