LumiParts is een commercieel handelsbedrijf in Nieuwkoop met ongeveer 30 collega's. De lijnen zijn kort, de organisatie is praktisch en we zijn volop in ontwikkeling. Juist daarom zoeken we een ervaren Allround HR Coördinator die HR binnen onze organisatie zichtbaar, toegankelijk en goed georganiseerd houdt én verder helpt ontwikkelen. Je krijgt een brede rol waarin dagelijkse HR, recruitment, verzuim, ontwikkeling, personeelsadministratie en organisatievraagstukken samenkomen. Daarbij krijg je veel ruimte om vanuit jouw ervaring te bepalen wat aandacht nodig heeft en hoe we zaken slimmer en beter kunnen organiseren. Wat ga je doen? Als Allround HR Coördinator ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor HR binnen LumiParts. Je kent de organisatie en de mensen, weet wat er speelt en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en HR-processen ook daadwerkelijk worden opgevolgd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • de dagelijkse HR- en personeelszaken; • het coördineren en bewaken van de gesprekscyclus rondom functioneren en ontwikkeling; • het ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij personele vraagstukken, verzuim en ontwikkeling; • recruitment, selectie, onboarding en offboarding; • het bewaken van de personeels- en HR-administratie en de aansluiting met de salarisadministratie; • het signaleren van ontwikkelingen binnen teams en de organisatie; • het praktisch ondersteunen van veranderingen en organisatieontwikkeling; • het verder verbeteren en borgen van HR-processen.
