Vanuit de groep staan de HR-kaders en roadmap, maar binnen Wilting is veel ruimte om deze passend te maken voor de organisatie en verder te ontwikkelen. Wat je gaat doen De komende periode ligt de focus onder andere op leiderschap, performance, leren & ontwikkelen, zij-instroom, duurzame inzetbaarheid en verdere professionalisering van HR-processen. Naast je rol op MT-niveau blijf je zelf dicht bij de organisatie en vervul je voor een deel van de business ook een HR advies-rol. Je bent stevig genoeg om binnen het MT een eigen geluid te laten horen en de Managing Director waar nodig tegen te spreken. Tegelijkertijd weet je mensen mee te krijgen en creëer je draagvlak voor verandering. Je brengt mee: - hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in HRM, bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar; - ruime ervaring binnen een brede HR-rol; - ervaring als sparringpartner van directie en management; - ervaring met leiderschap, organisatieontwikkeling, performance, verzuim en arbeidsrecht; - bij voorkeur ervaring met het begeleiden of aansturen van HR-professionals; - ervaring binnen de maakindustrie of een vergelijkbare technische/productieomgeving; - goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels. Persoonlijkheid is minstens zo belangrijk. Wilting zoekt iemand met eigenaarschap, energie en gevoel voor humor. Je bent zichtbaar, benaderbaar en neemt initiatief.
