Voor een warm en goed georganiseerd privéhuishouden van een koppel (80 ) in Sint-Niklaas zijn wij op zoek naar een zorgzame en discrete huishoudelijke rechterhand.

Het koppel kiest er bewust voor om zo lang mogelijk in hun vertrouwde thuisomgeving te blijven wonen. Daarom zoeken wij iemand die niet alleen zorg draagt voor het huishouden, maar ook meehelpt om een rustige, verzorgde en aangename thuis te creëren, met respect voor hun privacy, gewoontes en levensritme.

TAKENPAKKET:

U staat in voor het onderhoud en de organisatie van de woning, en draagt bij aan een hoog niveau van orde, netheid en comfort.

U neemt op een natuurlijke manier eigenaarschap over het huishouden en werkt zelfstandig, met zin voor initiatief, steeds in goede afstemming met de bewoners. U voelt aan wat nodig is en handelt hier proactief naar, terwijl u goed inschat wanneer overleg wenselijk is. Door uw aanpak brengt u structuur en rust in het huishouden en werkt u met oog voor detail en kwaliteit.

U werkt deels zelfstandig en deels in samenwerking met een collega-huishoudhulp. Een goede afstemming, wederzijds respect en een vlotte samenwerking zijn hierbij essentieel.

  • U bent zorgzaam, discreet en gaat respectvol om met de privacy van de bewoners
  • U heeft een sterk gevoel voor orde, netheid en detail
  • U neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op en neemt initiatief waar nodig
