Beheer Microsoft 365, los IT-vraagstukken op, werk aan een moderne IT-infrastructuur en groei mee binnen een snelgroeiende organisatie. Van Microsoft 365 beheren tot werkplekken inrichten en IT-vraagstukken oplossen. Als Allround IT Engineer ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen Flexhub en zorg je ervoor dat de IT-omgeving optimaal blijft draaien. Je werkt in een compact IT-team van drie collega's, waar je veel vrijheid krijgt en volop kunt meedenken over verbeteringen. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt tussen support, systeembeheer en projectmatig werk. De ene keer los je een storing op, de andere keer richt je nieuwe werkplekken in of werk je mee aan verbeteringen binnen de IT-omgeving. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en optimaliseren van Microsoft 365 en Microsoft Entra; - Oplossen van 1e- en 2e-lijns IT-vragen en storingen; - Installeren, configureren en onderhouden van laptops, hardware en randapparatuur; - Inrichten van nieuwe werkplekken en ondersteunen bij verhuizingen; - Beheren en onderhouden van de IT-infrastructuur en netwerken; - Ondersteunen van telefonie-oplossingen (3CX); - Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen binnen de IT-omgeving; - Meewerken aan IT-projecten en automatiseringen. Over het bedrijf e komt te werken bij een snelgroeiende softwareorganisatie waar innovatie, samenwerking en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Binnen de organisatie heerst een informele werksfeer met korte lijnen en krijg je veel vrijheid om mee te denken en initiatief te nemen.
