Onze kernactiviteiten bestaan uit het organiseren van bemanningswisselingen voor zeeschepen in Nederlandse, Belgische en Duitse havens. Ons hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Schiedam. Onze dienstverlening gaat 24/7 door. Goed werkende IT is voor ons daarom ontzettend belangrijk. Als onze systemen niet werken, kunnen onze collega's hun werk niet goed doen en kunnen wij onze klanten niet optimaal bedienen. Voor onze afdeling IT & Innovation zoeken wij daarom een enthousiaste: Allround IT Support Medewerker Wat ga je doen? Als Allround IT Support Medewerker ben jij één van de eerste aanspreekpunten voor IT binnen onze organisatie. Een collega die niet kan inloggen, een nieuwe medewerker die een laptop nodig heeft of een applicatie die niet doet wat hij moet doen? Jij helpt om het op te lossen. Je zorgt ervoor dat collega's probleemloos kunnen werken en dat onze werkplekken, gebruikersaccounts en apparatuur goed geregeld zijn. Voor specialistische IT-vraagstukken hoef je natuurlijk niet alles zelf op te lossen. Hiervoor werken we samen met verschillende externe IT- en softwarepartners. Jij hebt contact met deze partijen, schakelt met hen waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat vragen en problemen worden opgevolgd. Daarnaast krijg je bij ons de kans om je steeds verder te verdiepen in de verschillende applicaties die we binnen BCS gebruiken. Concreet houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Ondersteunen van collega's bij dagelijkse IT-vragen en problemen; - Installeren, instellen en onderhouden van laptops, telefoons en werkplekken; - Zorgen dat nieuwe collega's op hun eerste werkdag dire...
