Over de organisatie

Hays Technology is voor een gevestigde organisatie binnen de bouwsector op zoek naar een Allround IT Verantwoordelijke. Je komt terecht in een familiale en ondernemende werkomgeving met korte beslissingslijnen en ongeveer 100-tal gebruikers.

Omdat de huidige IT-verantwoordelijke binnenkort met pensioen gaat, zoeken ze iemand die de IT-werking verder in handen neemt. Je wordt de interne IT-referentiepersoon en krijgt waar nodig ondersteuning van gespecialiseerde externe IT-partners. Een interessante stap voor iemand met enkele jaren ervaring die graag zelfstandig werkt en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Allround IT Verantwoordelijke krijg je een brede functie waarin IT-infrastructuur, Microsoft 365, ERP, support en projecten samenkomen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT-vragen en bepaalt zelfstandig prioriteiten.

Concreet sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Beheer en verdere optimalisatie van de algemene IT-omgeving en infrastructuur
  • Dagelijkse IT-support voor gebruikers en opvolging van incidenten
  • Beheer van pc's, laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers en andere hardware
  • Aanmaken van accounts, toegangen en voorbereiden van IT-materiaal voor nieuwe medewerkers
  • Beheer en verdere uitbouw van Microsoft 365 en SharePoint
  • Opvolging en optimalisatie van het Odoo ERP-systeem
  • Beheer van gebruikers, softwarelicenties en IT-documentatie
  • Coördinatie van externe IT-partners en softwareleveranciers
  • Trekken van IT-projecten, van analyse en configuratie tot implementatie en opvolging

Daarnaast denk je mee over digitalisering, automatisering en AI. Je beoordeelt waar nieuwe technologie een concrete meerwaarde kan bieden en neemt hierin een proactieve rol op.

Jouw profiel Je bent vooral een IT-generalist die graag verschillende domeinen combineert en ownership neemt.

  • Je hebt minimaal een bacheloropleiding binnen IT, informatica of een relevante richting
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een brede IT-functie
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van IT-infrastructuur en netwerken
  • Ervaring met Microsoft 365 en ERP is een must
  • Je werkt hands-on, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht
  • Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en neemt initiatief
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, management en externe IT-partners
  • Je hebt een goede praktische kennis van het Frans
