Allround juridisch adviseur Heb je ervaring met Europees recht en beleid, met name op het gebied van staatssteun, en vind je het leuk om complexe Europese regelgeving te vertalen naar de praktijk van gemeenten, provincies en waterschappen? Wil je jouw kennis van staatssteun verder inzetten én verdiepen, en je daarnaast bezighouden met uiteenlopende Europese thema's zoals mededinging, aanbesteden, digitalisering en Europese fondsen? Dan is Kenniscentrum Europa Decentraal (KED) op zoek naar jou. Wat ga je doen? Als juridisch adviseur bij KED werk je aan een breed scala aan vraagstukken over de toepassing van Europees recht in de decentrale praktijk. Je volgt juridische en beleidsmatige ontwikkelingen in Brussel en Den Haag en vertaalt die naar toegankelijke, praktische informatie voor onze doelgroep van juristen, beleidsadviseurs en bestuurders. Je: - beantwoordt vragen van decentrale overheden via onze juridische helpdesk; - schrijft nieuwsberichten, analyses en achtergrondartikelen over actuele Europese onderwerpen; - geeft presentaties en trainingen, zowel online als op locatie; - onderhoudt contacten met koepelorganisaties, ministeries en decentrale overheden; - werkt mee aan projecten op uiteenlopende terreinen, zoals digitalisering, staatssteun, aanbesteden en Europese financieringsinstrumenten. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt een master in rechten (met accent op Europees recht) en relevante werkervaring. - Je hebt brede interesse in alle terreinen van het Europees recht, met kennis van ten minste één van de volgende onderwerpen: staatssteun, mededinging en aanbesteden, en zin om je te verdiepen in andere beleidsterreinen zoals digitalisering of Europese fondsen. - Specifieke werkervaring met adviseren over staatssteun is een pré - Je bent stressbestendig, en weet hoofd- van bijzaken te scheiden. - Je kunt helder schrijven en complexe juridische kwesties begrijpelijk uitleggen. - Je wisselt soepel af tussen schrijven, uitwerken, en het ...
