Als allround lasser ga jij aan de slag in een technische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Jij leest moeiteloos tekeningen, last met precisie en werkt met verschillende technieken zoals MIG, MAG of TIG. Je stelt onderdelen zelfstandig samen, voert controles uit en grijpt in bij afwijkingen. Ook denk je actief mee over verbeteringen in het proces. Ervaren collega's werk je moeiteloos naast, en minder ervaren collega's help je met plezier op weg. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een team dat hoogwaardige constructies levert, waar kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Vanuit de productielocatie in Emmeloord worden complete voertuigen en opbouwen gebouwd, getest en onderhouden. De werkzaamheden variëren van constructie en montage tot elektrotechniek en hydrauliek, waardoor techniek in de volle breedte aanwezig is. De organisatie maakt deel uit van een internationale groep, maar werkt lokaal met korte lijnen, een vaste ploeg vakmensen en veel aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en goed functionerende machines.
