Je werkt zowel in onze moderne werkplaats als op locatie aan boord van jachten, waar je onderdelen plaatst en afmonteert. Deze rol vraagt om precisie, vakmanschap en een oplossingsgerichte instelling. Je hebt ervaring met MIG/MAG lassen en kunt technische tekeningen lezen en toepassen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat elk project voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Wat je gaat doen: - bewerken: met precisie werken aan RVS- en staalconstructies volgens technische tekeningen; - lassen: uitvoeren van MIG/MAG- en TIG-laswerkzaamheden voor diverse projecten; - monteren: onderdelen assembleren en installeren, zowel in de werkplaats als aan boord van jachten; - meedenken: oplossingen aandragen om de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van het werk te verbeteren; - kwaliteitsgericht werken: zorgen voor een perfecte afwerking van elk detail.
