Olympia Allround logistiek medewerker - Wat ga je doen? Het is maandagochtend. Je stapt het magazijn binnen, groet je collega's en je voelt meteen: vandaag worden er bergen verzet. Als allround logistiek medewerker begint jouw dag met het ontvangen en controleren van de eerste lading staal. Met je scanner in de hand - je innerlijke gadget-fan is blij - zorg je dat elke order haar bestemming vindt. Je verzamelt spullen voor de klant, combineert goederen voor bewerkingsmachines en legt alles strak klaar voor transport. Het geluid van de zaagmachine en de ritmische beweging van de bovenloopkraan zijn ondertussen vertrouwd, want jij draait er je hand niet meer voor om. Samen met je collega's bespreek je tijdens een korte toolboxmeeting hoe het nóg veiliger kan. Heeft iemand een idee? Jij steekt je hand op, want jouw input telt hier echt. Met een lach werk je door en aan het einde van de dag zie je: alles loopt op rolletjes. Dat geeft voldoening. Waar ga je werken? Het bedrijf is niet zomaar een staalbedrijf.
