Als allround logistiek medewerker ben je de onmisbare schakel die zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je hebt geen ervaring als leidinggevende nodig; jouw inzet en communicatieve kracht zijn veel belangrijker. Samen met een hecht team zorg jij voor een vlekkeloos verloop van de operatie. Als Allround Logistiek Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat het logistieke proces op locatie soepel en veilig verloopt. Jij bent de schakel tussen chauffeurs, planning en collega's op het terrein. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist in drukke situaties weet jij het overzicht te bewaren. Je werkt in een praktische werkomgeving waar snel schakelen, communiceren en samenwerken centraal staan.Wat ga je doen? - Je coördineert de binnenkomende vrachtwagens en bewaakt een veilige en efficiënte doorstroming op het terrein. - Je onderhoudt contact met chauffeurs en de planning om alles goed op elkaar af te stemmen. - Je controleert of werkzaamheden volgens de veiligheids en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen worden uitgevoerd. - Je reinigt en desinfecteert voertuigen en signaleert eventuele bijzonderheden. - Indien je over de juiste papieren beschikt, verplaats je voertuigen op het terrein voor onderhoud of reparatie. - Je denkt oplossingsgericht mee wanneer situaties anders lopen dan gepland. - Je springt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat het logistieke proces blijft draaien.
