The posting

Als high-end cateraar zoeken wij een gedreven medewerker die de verantwoordelijkheid neemt van het magazijn, het klaarzetten van de materialen voor events, het aanleveren/ophalen gecombineerd met op- en afbouw.

Een job met veel autonomie, flexibele uren, voornamelijk daguren en op basis van uw voorkeur en ambitie kan dit uitgroeien tot een voltijdse functie.

Functieomschrijving:

Voor deze functie zijn we opzoek naar iemand met enthousiasme, drive, proper en georganiseerd van nature en gezond verstand om alles vlot te coördineren. Het is een nieuwe functie in het bedrijf. Je komt terecht in een team van 6 tot 10 personen, waarbij er ondersteuning is om samen de algemene werking te verbeteren.

MAGAZIJN/STOCK

Tot 50 personen gebruiken wij hoofdzakelijk eigen materialen, daarboven doen wij beroep op externe partners.

  • Je staat in voor de organisatie en onderhoud van de materialen.
  • Orde van het magazijn - onderhoud van de materialen met de nodige zorg(servies, bestek, glaswerk, buffetmateriaal en klein materiaal)
  • Optimalisatie van de workflow en structuur
  • Je maakt packlijsten voor de events en zet alles klaar per event
  • Je controleert of alles klaar is voor uitlevering en minstens even belangrijk dat alles ook terug gekeerd is.

LOGISTIEK

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk over de bestelwagens; tanken, carwash, onderhoud, keuring, etc.
  • In en uitladen van camionettes voor kleine events (zodat alles klaar staat voor het operationeel team)
  • Laden, leveren en lossen van grote camions met kleine vrachtwagen
  • Grote events bouw je mee op en zorg je nadien dat alles afgebouwd wordt en dat alle eigen materialen opnieuw proper en klaar voor het volgende event in het magazijn belanden op de juiste plek.
  • Indien interesse kan je tijdens event de verantwoordelijkheid nemen van de 'debarras'/afruimzone en ook hier weer zorgen dat alle materialen in de juiste bakken en bij de juiste leverancier komen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de verantwoordelijke voor de afwas en de projectverantwoordelijke events.

Weekschema en vakanties in overleg. De drukke maanden zijn; mei tot september en december/januari.

  • Je beheerst Nederlands vlot
  • Al een eerste ervaring binnen horeca en/of magazijnbeheer is een must
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en kan vlot met een meubelwagen met laadbrug overweg
