Om hun verdere groei in Ploegsteert te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een Marketing Specialist die de brug vormt tussen marketing, sales en business development.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Allround Marketeer vertaal je commerciële doelstellingen naar gerichte marketingacties en campagnes. Je werkt nauw samen met sales en de verantwoordelijken van verschillende business units om de zichtbaarheid van de organisatie te vergroten en commerciële opportuniteiten te creëren. Je analyseert marktontwikkelingen, klantsegmenten en trends en zet deze inzichten om in effectieve marketinginitiatieven. Daarnaast organiseer je beurzen en klantevents, beheer je digitale communicatiekanalen en ondersteun je het salesteam met relevante content en marketingtools. Dankzij jouw combinatie van strategisch inzicht, commerciële feeling en hands-on aanpak draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de verdere groei van de organisatie in Ploegsteert.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in marketing, communicatie of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een B2B-marketingomgeving
  • Affiniteit met een technische, industriële of projectmatige omgeving
  • Ervaring met campagnebeheer, leadgeneratie en digitale marketing
  • Commerciële mindset gecombineerd met een hands-on aanpak
  • Interesse in AI-tools en moderne marketingtechnologieën
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
