Functieomschrijving

Als allround medewerker help je ervoor te zorgen dat goederen en visproducten vlot door het productieproces gaan. Je hoofdtaak is de ontvangst van goederen. Daarnaast houd je de frigo’s ordelijk en spring je bij waar nodig. Je taken kunnen onder meer bestaan uit het verwerken en fileren van vis, het controleren van de kwaliteit en het verpakken en labelen van producten. Ook help je met het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens en schepen.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt de werkruimte en apparatuur schoon volgens de hygiënevoorschriften. Veilig werken en procedures volgen horen daar vanzelfsprekend bij. De functie is afwisselend: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je hoofdtaak en staat open om collega’s bij andere werkzaamheden te ondersteunen. Je werkt in een koude en vochtige omgeving en voert ook fysiek werk uit. Zo lever je samen met je team een belangrijke bijdrage aan een vlot en kwaliteitsvol productieproces.

Functievereisten

  • Je bent fysiek fit en kunt lasten dragen en repetitieve taken uitvoeren.

  • Je bent een teamspeler met een positieve instelling.
  • Je staat open voor verschillende taken en verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je kunt werken in een koude en vochtige omgeving.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Ervaring in de visverwerking en basiskennis van voedselveiligheid en hygiëne zijn pluspunten.
