Bij BABU in Gent draait alles rond BUNNERS: verrassende broodjes geïnspireerd door smaken van over de hele wereld. Vers, kwalitatief en met een flinke dosis hospitality.

We zoeken een allround medewerker die energie krijgt van food, mensen en afwisseling.

Jouw takenpakket

Als allround medewerker ben je overal inzetbaar. De ene shift sta je in de keuken, de volgende keer ontvang je onze gasten of zorg je ervoor dat alles aan de kassa vlot verloopt.

Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met één taak. Je zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat de volledige BABU-ervaring klopt.

In de keuken

  • Je bereidt ingrediënten voor en zorgt dat alles klaarstaat voor de shift.
  • Je maakt BUNNERS en andere gerechten volgens onze recepten en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Je helpt mee met stockbeheer en signaleert wanneer producten moeten worden bijbesteld.

Aan de kassa

  • Je verwelkomt onze gasten op een spontane en enthousiaste manier.
  • Je neemt bestellingen op en helpt gasten bij hun keuze.
  • Je verwerkt take-away en deliverybestellingen.
  • Je houdt de flow tussen gasten en keuken goed in de gaten.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met je collega's zodat bestellingen vlot en correct worden afgewerkt.

In de zaal

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat gasten zich welkom voelen.
  • Je brengt bestellingen en drankjes naar tafel.
  • Je ziet wanneer een gast iets extra kan gebruiken en speelt hier spontaan op in.
  • Je ruimt tafels af en zorgt mee voor een verzorgde omgeving.
  • Je helpt waar nodig bij de afwas en schoonmaak.

Kortom: je springt bij waar nodig en zorgt er samen met het team voor dat alles blijft draaien.

· Je houdt van afwisseling en werkt graag samen met anderen.

· Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt in oplossingen.

· Ervaring in de horeca is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.

· Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Engels.
