Als Allround Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de geautomatiseerde afzetlijn. In een groene en informele omgeving bieden wij jou de kans om te groeien. Solliciteer nu en maak deel uit van ons team! Als Allround Medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat bloemen die rechtstreeks uit de kas komen netjes worden verwerkt. Samen met je collega's werk je aan een geautomatiseerde afzetlijn waar de bloemen worden schoongemaakt en gesorteerd. Je houdt het proces goed in de gaten en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Schoonmaken en sorteren van bloemen aan de geautomatiseerde lijn - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen aan de machine - Ondersteunen bij onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de afdeling - Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en overzichtelijke werkplek - Samenwerken met collega's om het proces soepel te laten verlopen Dit is een baan voor 32 uur per week. Je komt terecht in een organisatie met een warme en betrokken bedrijfscultuur. Collega's ondersteunen elkaar en samenwerken staat centraal. Door de platte structuur zijn de lijnen kort en is er ruimte om je mening te geven. Gelijkwaardigheid, respect en vertrouwen vormen de basis van de samenwerking.
