Bij Boomkwekerij De Hilver zoeken we echte Buitenmensen die graag inhoudelijk bezig zijn met de teelt van laan- en vormbomen. Je werkt in een klein team en waar iedereen alle werkzaamheden oppakt. Jouw rol: veelzijdig en uitdagend Als Allround Medewerker Boomkwekerij maak je deel uit van een hecht team van 6 collega's. Het werk is afwisselend en seizoensgebonden: - Zomer : Focus op teeltwerkzaamheden, zoals snoeien, aanbinden en het verzorgen van bomen - Winter : Verkoopperiode. Je bent bezig met rooien, kluiten draaien, opbinden en laden Dit betekent dat je veel staat en loopt, werkt op onregelmatige ondergrond en ook in de winterperiode regelmatig voorovergebogen werkzaamheden uitvoert. Je werkt buiten, in alle weersomstandigheden. Wij zoeken een collega die zelfstandig en resultaatgericht werkt, initiatief neemt en ziet wat er moet gebeuren. Ambitie om ook leiding te nemen, bijvoorbeeld als meewerkend voorman ? Dan krijg je volop ruimte en ondersteuning om te groeien Wie ben jij? - Nieuwsgierig en gepassioneerd voor groen: Je wilt begrijpen hoe bomen groeien en hoe de natuur werkt. - Buitenmens: Graag de hele dag actief op de been - Zelfstandig en resultaatgericht: Je neemt initiatief en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk. - Collegiaal: Je functioneert goed in een klein team en houdt van een plezierige werksfeer. - Leergierig: Je hebt de motivatie om te leren en wilt groeien binnen de boomkwekerij. - MBO werk- en denkniveau: Je kunt zelfstandig werken, overzicht houden en ziet wat er moet gebeuren. - Ervaring: Bomenkennis of ervaring is een plus, maar niet verplicht.
