Dit ga jij doen Als Allround Medewerker Burgerzaken werk je bij gemeente Halderberge in Oudenbosch. Je helpt inwoners bij belangrijke levensmomenten: van geboorte en huwelijk tot overlijden, verhuizing en emigratie. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen zorgvuldig verlopen en dat gegevens correct en actueel worden verwerkt. Je werkt binnen het team Klantzaken en werkt samen met veertien collega's op de afdeling Burgerzaken. De lijnen zijn kort en de sfeer is open en toegankelijk. - Verwerken van werkzaamheden op het gebied van de burgerlijke stand, waaronder geboorte-, huwelijks- en overlijdensakten; - Uitwisselen van gegevens met andere overheidsinstanties en personen; - Verwerken van verhuizingen en emigraties; - Bijhouden van de begraafplaatsadministratie; - Uitvoeren van adresonderzoek en verwerken van briefadressen; - Samenwerken met collega's binnen de frontoffice en andere afdelingen; - Klantgericht en deskundig adviseren van inwoners.
