Als Allround Medewerker Gevelrenovatie voer je verschillende werkzaamheden uit binnen de gevelrenovatie, waaronder het metsel- en voegwerk. Wie ben jij?

Als Allround Medewerker Gevelrenovatie voer je verschillende werkzaamheden uit binnen de gevelrenovatie, waaronder het metsel- en voegwerk. Je wordt breed ingezet en werkt afhankelijk van het project aan het herstellen, vervangen, reinigen, voorbereiden en afwerken van gevels. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het verwijderen van bestaand voegwerk, het herstellen en vervangen van metselwerk, het uitvoeren van voegwerk en het ondersteunen bij renovatie- en restauratiewerkzaamheden. Wat vragen wij? Werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden Uitvoeren van restauratie- en herstelwerkzaamheden van metsel en voegwerk van gevels, schoorstenen en andere onderdelen van gebouwen Het uitvoeren knip-, snij-, borstel-, platvolle en andere voegafwerkingen Herstellen van beschadigde stenen, voegen, scheuren en constructieve elementen Het aanmaken en verwerken van traditionele materialen, voegmortels, metselkalk en natuursteen.

Werken volgens restauratieplannen en in samenwerking met uitvoerders of architecten Het correct gebruiken en onderhouden van gereedschappen, machines en materialen Het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden volgens de geldende veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
