Als Allround Medewerker IT Support & Development ben jij de spil in het web die ervoor zorgt dat onze klanten, partners en collega's altijd kunnen doorwerken. De ene dag los je een ingewikkelde IT-vraag op, de volgende dag zorg je voor een vlekkeloze orderverwerking. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Jouw takenpakket is super gevarieerd: - Je duikt in IT supportaanvragen van klanten en partners en lost ze op als een pro. - Je zorgt dat inkomende klantorders perfect geregistreerd en beheerd worden. - Als developer werk je mee aan IT-softwareprojecten en ontwikkel je met C# en TypeScript. - Je bent nauw betrokken bij het hele traject: van concept en ontwikkeling tot implementatie en kwaliteitsborging. - Je draagt actief bij aan een hoge softwarekwaliteit door fouten te analyseren, op te lossen en verbeteringen door te voeren. Je komt te werken bij een softwarebedrijf dat al meer dan 30 jaar innovatieve software maakt voor de wapenings- en betonindustrie. Sinds kort maken we deel uit van de Progress Group, een internationale speler in prefab betontechnologie. We combineren technische kennis met praktische oplossingen voor onze klanten in Nederland, België en daarbuiten. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een positief en gemotiveerd persoon die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je denkt in oplossingen, niet in problemen, en je bezorgt onze klanten en collega's graag een glimlach.
