20.7 C Deurne dinsdag 8 september 2026 22 december 2025 Vacature: Allround Medewerker Kaasmakerij (20-24 uur) Onze Zuivel is een ambachtelijke kaasmakerij waar wij de melk van melkveehouders verwerken tot hoogwaardige kazen. Zo helpen wij hen een uniek eigen product aan te bieden waarin passie en vakmanschap samenkomen. Wil jij bijdragen aan dit mooie proces? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als Allround Medewerker Kaasmakerij ben je betrokken bij het volledige productieproces: van melk tot verpakte kaas. Je werkzaamheden zijn divers en bestaan onder andere uit: - Kaasmaken (2 dagen per week, 8.00 - ±17.00 uur (80%)) - Het volledige kaasproces doorlopen: van het opstarten van de doorstroompasteur tot het pekelen van de kazen en het schoonmaken van de productieruimte. - Werkzaamheden in de opslag (15%) - Onderhoud van kazen (12 kg), zoals draaien, poetsen en coaten. Schoonmaken van kaasplanken en het verplaatsen van kazen op planken op 60-210 cm hoogte. - Hygiënecontrole (5%) - Intensieve schoonmaak van ruimtes (maandelijks) en periodiek reinigen van randapparatuur zoals koelkasten en diepvriezers. Registreren van meetgegevens. - Kaas verpakken (incidenteel) - Etiketteren, portioneren en vacuüm verpakken van kaas. Je start met twee dagen kaasmaken, waarbij wij jou het vak leren. Daarnaast werk je mee in de opslag. Zo ben je betrokken bij het hele proces en draag je bij aan een écht Nederlands product: kaas. Jouw werkomgeving Je werkt zelfstandig in een klein team van drie collega's binnen een informele, familiaire sfeer. Tijdens de pauzes is er altijd ruimte voor gezelligheid. Jij bent - Beschikbaar op 2 vaste dagen in week (di/wo/do/vr) en 1 dag eventueel flexibel - Je hebt oog voor hygiëne en kwaliteit - Woont bij voorkeur in de regio - Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must - wij leren je het vak graag!
