Kwaliteitsmedewerker bij WILA Vorm samen met ons de wereld als Allround medewerker kwaliteit Lochem Productie Fulltime Dagdienst Allround medewerker Kwaliteit Als Allround medewerker Kwaliteit speel je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van onze producten en processen. Je controleert halffabricaten en producten op maatvoering, specificaties en uiterlijke conditie. Daarnaast ben je een aanspreekpunt voor collega's in de productie bij vragen over kwaliteitseisen, maatvoering en product specificaties. In deze functie voer je nauwkeurige metingen uit met zowel handmeetmiddelen als CNC-meetmachines, signaleer en beoordeel je eventuele afwijkingen en stel je meetrapportages op. Je ondersteunt en traint collega's op het gebied van kwaliteit en draagt actief bij aan het vergroten van het kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie. Ook denk je mee over verbeteringen in meetmethoden en kwaliteitsprocessen en help je deze te implementeren. Met jouw analytische blik, nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteitsgerichte instelling lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het verminderen van afkeur, het verbeteren van processen en het behouden van een hoog kwaliteitsniveau. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat meetmiddelen betrouwbaar en accuraat blijven door kalibraties uit te voeren en zorgvuldig om te gaan met de beschikbare hulpmiddelen.
