Allround medewerker kwekerij Boskoop Je gaat aan de slag bij een kwekerij die planten produceert voor grote retailers in binnen- en buitenland. Het team werkt samen aan het hele traject, van jonge plant tot levering. Je werkt in een informele sfeer met ruimte om te leren en samen te werken. De kwekerij biedt stabiliteit en mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling. Functieomschrijving Werk je graag tussen de planten en houd je van afwisselend werk? Als Allround Medewerker Kwekerij verzorg je samen met collega's verschillende teeltwerkzaamheden. Je komt terecht bij een moderne kwekerij waar kwaliteit, samenwerken en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Op een gemiddelde dag begin je met het verzorgen van de planten en het controleren van hun conditie. Je pakt samen met je team verschillende taken op, zoals oppotten, water geven en het verzamelen van orders. Samen zorg je ervoor dat de planten klaarstaan voor transport naar de klant. Je werkt zowel binnen als buiten, afhankelijk van het seizoen en de planning. - Verzorgen en onderhouden van planten - Oppotten van gewassen - Orders verzamelen en klaarmaken voor verzending - Ondersteunen bij het teeltproces - Water geven en bemesten - Schoonhouden van de werkplek - Signaleren van bijzonderheden in de gewassen Functie-eisen - Je kunt zelfstandig en in teamverband werken - Je vindt planten of tuinieren leuk - Je spreekt Nederlands - Je hebt vmbo werk- en denkniveau - Je bent bereid fysiek werk te doen Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris tussen €2.650 en €3.000 bruto per maand - 25 vakantiedagen - 8% vakantiegeld - Premievrij pensioen - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer - Gezellige teamactiviteiten - Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen
