Wij bieden onze gasten een dag vol beleving en "instant fun" en dat begint bij het aannemen van de telefoon: bij Monkey Town werk je voor een merk om trots op te zijn! Wat ga je doen? Wanneer onze gasten vragen hebben over onze indoor speeltuinen bellen ze jou: jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en het is jouw doel om onze gasten zo goed mogelijk te helpen door aandachtig naar hen te luisteren en hun vragen zo goed mogelijk te beantwoorden. Daarbij ben jij klantvriendelijkheid en straal je "fun" uit. - Je beantwoordt veel gestelde vragen over onze vestigingen en activiteiten en de meest voorkomende onderwerpen (zoals over openingstijden, kinderfeestjes en de menukeuze, maar ook over veiligheid, hygiëne en lopende marketingacties). Dit kan zij telefonisch, maar ook per mail. - Je neemt reserveringen voor kinderfeestjes en schoolreisjes aan en zet deze in ons geautomatiseerde registratie en facturatie systeem. - Je ziet de commerciële mogelijkheden voor bij verkoop op basis van de behoefte van de klant. Of creëert deze behoefte. - Je neemt klachten aan, luistert aandachtig, registreert deze en komt samen met de manager tot een passende oplossing. Wat moet je daarvoor in huis hebben? - Je bent enthousiast, doet je werk met een lach en hebt vooral veel plezier in je werk! - Je bent positief ingesteld, dienstverlenend, leergierig en communicatief sterk. - Basiskennis Microsoft Office is een pre. - Misschien heb je al wat ervaring als medewerker bij een call center of klantenservice. - Je bent 16 tot 32 uur per week beschikbaar, waarvan 1 dag in het weekend. ...
