Klanten écht verder helpen en ervoor zorgen dat hun verzekeringen en schades tot in de puntjes worden geregeld: dát is waar jij energie van krijgt.

Bij Assurantiekantoor Feenstra, een familiebedrijf sinds 1963, geloven we dat persoonlijke aandacht het verschil maakt. Daarom zoeken wij een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst die houdt van afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en persoonlijk klantcontact. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw motivatie en inzet vinden wij minstens zo belangrijk.

Wat ga je doen?

- Schadebehandeling: Je begeleidt particuliere en zakelijke klanten bij schadeclaims en onderhoudt contact met verzekeraars.

- Acceptatie: Je beheert het volledige proces rondom polissen, van het opmaken en wijzigen tot het verwerken en royeren.

- Adviseren: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die ons kantoor binnenlopen of telefonisch advies zoeken.

- Correspondentie: Je verzorgt de schriftelijke en telefonische communicatie met klanten en verzekeraars en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling.

Je bent iemand die:

- Klantgericht en communicatief sterk is.

- Graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en initiatief toont.

- Zelfstandig werkt, maar ook een echte teamspeler is.

- De Nederlandse taal uitstekend beheerst, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

- Bij voorkeur in (de regio) Amsterdam woont.

- In het bezit is van WFT Basis en WFT Schade Particulier en Zakelijk, of bereid is deze op korte termijn te behalen.

- Ervaring in de verzekeringsbranche heeft, al vinden wij motivatie en leergierigheid minstens zo belangrijk.

Wat mag je van ons verwachten?

- Aantrekkelijk salaris: Een uitstekend bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.500 en € 4.000 (o.b.v. 40 uur), afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring.
