The posting

Bij een metaalverwerkend productiebedrijf in Helmond draait het om het produceren van halffabricaten en eindproducten uit staal, rvs en aluminium. Ook assemblage en verpakken maken deel uit van het productieproces. Als allround monteur met focus op besturingstechniek richt je je op de technische beschikbaarheid van de productie-installaties. Je combineert mechanisch en elektrotechnisch onderhoud met het analyseren van storingen in machinebesturingen, zodat machines veilig en betrouwbaar kunnen blijven draaien. In de dagelijkse praktijk zoek je uit waarom een machine stopt, controleer je sensoren en aandrijvingen en gebruik je elektrische schema’s om storingen te lokaliseren. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met operators en technische collega’s en legt vast wat je hebt hersteld of aangepast. Daarbij verdiep je je verder in PLC-diagnose, frequentieregelaars en de samenhang tussen mechanica en besturingstechniek. Zo werk je aan duurzaam herstel en het voorkomen van terugkerende storingen. Functie-inhoud - Mechanische en elektrotechnische storingen aan productie-installaties opsporen en verhelpen - Besturingssignalen, sensoren en actuatoren controleren bij machinestoringen - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines, aandrijvingen en elektrische componenten - Elektrische schema’s en PLC-diagnose gebruiken om storingsoorzaken te achterhalen - Herstelde machines veilig testen en afstemmen met operators - Onderhoudswerkzaamheden vastleggen en verbeteringen voorstellen Functie-eisen - Mbo-werk- en -denkniveau in mechatronica, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met onderhoud en storingsanalyse aan industriële machines - Kennis van elektrische schema’s, sensoren, motoren en frequentieregelaars - Basiskennis van PLC-besturingen en het interpreteren van in- en uitgangssignalen - Veilig en systematisch werken aan elektrische en mechanische installaties - Duidelijk communiceren met operators en technische collega’s Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.200 e.
