Allround Monteur Dagdienst - Puttershoek - Operations, Maintenance & Engineering - €3.800 - €4.600 Allround Monteur Dagdienst Als Allround Monteur ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen onze Technische Dienst, een team bestaande uit 4 dagdienst monteurs en 5 storingsmonteurs ploegendienst, 2 werkvoorbereiders, maintenance & reliability engineer en een Maintenance Manager. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een eigen gebied waar je samen met een team het preventief onderhoud naar een hoger niveau gaat tillen. Je krijgt autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid om de verstoringen te verhelpen door het goed inrichten en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en actief bij te dragen aan procesverbetering. Dankzij ons Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)-programma geef je ondersteuning en training aan de operators. Samen gaan we van reactief naar preventief onderhoud, zodat jouw bijdrage direct impact heeft op de efficiëntie en veiligheid van ons machinepark. Elke dag biedt nieuwe uitdagingen: van preventief onderhoud tot assisteren bij complexe verstoringen in jouw area waar je analyses maakt en tot oplossingen komt om de verpakkings- en productielijnen te optimaliseren. Jouw technische kennis komt dus volledig tot zijn recht! Wat zijn je belangrijkste taken? - Uitvoeren van inspecties en onderhoud: Gepland onderhoud, inspecties en revisies zijn een groot deel van je werk, zodat onze installaties veilig en efficiënt blijven. - Initiatief voor verbeteringen: Jij komt met verbetervoorstellen die de veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie verhogen en helpt deze door te voeren. - Storingen analyseren en oplossen: Je lost mechanische en elektrotechnische storingen op en voorkomt ze waar mogelijk, zodat de productie vlekkeloos blijft draaien. - Technisch eigenaarschap van lijnen: Als lijnverantwoordelijke optimaliseer je één ...
