Je werkt in een grote en technisch uitdagende productieomgeving, waar jaarlijks zo'n 130 miljoen kilo kaas wordt geproduceerd.Samen met een collega-monteur ben jij tijdens je ploeg het technische aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. De ene dienst ligt de nadruk op het oplossen van storingen, de andere keer werk je vooral aan preventief onderhoud. Hierdoor is geen dienst hetzelfde. Wat ga je doen: Als Allround Monteur zorg je ervoor dat de productie-installaties veilig en betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Je werkt zowel elektrotechnisch als mechanisch aan onder andere productielijnen, robots, verpakkingsinstallaties, pompen, afsluiters en utilities. Je houdt je bezig met: - lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen; - uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud; - werken aan elektrotechnische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische systemen; - onderhoud aan pompen, leidingwerk en productieverwerkingsinstallaties; - signaleren van technische afwijkingen en voorkomen van nieuwe storingen; - ondersteunen tijdens korte productiestops; - bijdragen aan technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties; - registreren van werkzaamheden en storingen in SAP. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van productie en techniek en krijgt veel zelfstandigheid binnen je dienst. Wat breng je mee: We zoeken een monteur die breed technisch is ingesteld en graag storingen uitzoekt. Bij voorkeur heb je: - een mbo-diploma Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar; - kennis van zowel elektrotechniek als mechanica; - kennis van besturingstechniek; - ervaring als monteur, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving; - een analytische en praktische manier van w...
