Je werkt zelfstandig aan storingen, onderhoud, inspecties en verbeteringen van onze installaties. Dankzij jouw brede technische kennis zorg je ervoor dat processen veilig, efficiënt en betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Je bent niet alleen een uitvoerend specialist, maar ook een collega die kennis deelt, meedenkt over verbeteringen en een voorbeeldfunctie vervult op het gebied van veiligheid en kwaliteit. Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig analyseren en oplossen van elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige storingen; - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan installaties en productiemiddelen; - Verrichten van inspecties, metingen en revisiewerkzaamheden om de betrouwbaarheid van installaties te waarborgen; - Lezen en interpreteren van elektrische, hydraulische en pneumatische schema's; - Inbedrijfstellen, testen en optimaliseren van installaties en technische assets; - Registreren van werkzaamheden, bevindingen en gebruikte materialen in het onderhoudssysteem; - Begeleiden van collega's en Junior Monteurs en fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt; - Actief bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving door naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, werkvergunningen en LOTO-procedures; - Signaleren van verbeterkansen en meedenken over technische optimalisaties.
