Als Allround Maintenance Technician speel je een cruciale rol in het veilig en efficiënt laten draaien van hun sterk geautomatiseerde processen. Je werkt aan mechanische, elektrische en PLC-gestuurde systemen, waarbij je praktisch storingen oplost en gestructureerd preventief onderhoud uitvoert om maximale machine-uptime te garanderen. Deze functie biedt een stabiele, langdurige loopbaan binnen een goed georganiseerd technisch team, met toegang tot hoogwaardige tools, professionele ontwikkeling en een prettige werkomgeving. Omschrijving In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische beschikbaarheid van productieapparatuur in de gehele fabriek. Je voert correctief en preventief onderhoud uit, lost storingen op en zorgt ervoor dat alle systemen volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen draaien. Je werkzaamheden variëren van het repareren van verpakkingslijnen tot het onderhouden van koelsystemen en het doorvoeren van technische verbeteringen. - Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in een vriendelijk, multidisciplinair team, waar kennisdeling en samenwerking essentieel zijn. Taken zijn onder andere: - Het uitvoeren van mechanisch en elektrisch onderhoud aan productiesystemen, utilities en geautomatiseerde apparatuur. - Het oplossen van storingen in mechanische, elektrische en PLC-gestuurde systemen. - Het uitvoeren van preventieve inspecties en het plannen van correctieve acties om stilstand te voorkomen. - Bijdragen aan technische aanpassingen, verbeterprojecten en procesoptimalisatie. - Het ondersteunen van een veilige werking van machines en het waarborgen van naleving van veiligheids- en onderhoudsnormen. - Werken in een roterend 2-ploegensysteem ...
