Als Allround Monteur Technische Dienst ben jij samen met jouw collega's verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de productiemachines en technische installaties. Je voert onderhoud uit, lost storingen op en denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen. Daarnaast draai je mee in de storingsdienst, zodat de productie ook buiten reguliere werktijden kan blijven draaien. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan machines en installaties; - Analyseren en oplossen van mechanische, elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische storingen; - Reviseren, vervangen en afstellen van machineonderdelen; - Verrichten van inspecties en periodiek onderhoud; - Meedenken over technische verbeteringen en het optimaliseren van productieprocessen; - Begeleiden van externe monteurs en leveranciers tijdens onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Registreren van storingen en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden; - Meedraaien in de storingsdienst volgens een roulatieschema. Wat heb je nodig? Ben jij een echte techneut die graag zelfstandig werkt, maar ook goed functioneert binnen een team? Dan beschik jij over: - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Allround Monteur, Storingsmonteur of Monteur Technische Dienst; - Kennis van mechanische techniek, pneumatiek en hydrauliek; - Ervaring met elektrotechniek en PLC-gestuurde installaties is een pré.
