Voor onze klant, een groeiend en mensgericht bedrijf, zoeken we een enthousiaste Allround Office Assistant die hét aanspreekpunt wordt voor collega’s, bezoekers én leveranciers. Als Allround Office Assistant zorg jij ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

Onthaal & communicatie

  • Je bent de eerste contactpersoon voor bezoekers, leveranciers en telefonische oproepen.
  • Je ontvangt iedereen met een warme glimlach en zorgt voor een professioneel onthaal.

Office & facilitaire ondersteuning

  • Aanvullen van koekjes- en drankautomaten.
  • Beheer van de vergaderzalen en zorgen dat alles netjes en gebruiksklaar is.
  • Up-to-date houden van de productieschermen.
  • Bestellen en aanvullen van alle bureaumaterialen.

Administratieve & organisatorische ondersteuning

  • Meehelpen bij de organisatie van bedrijfsfeesten en interne events.
  • Allround administratieve taken waar nodig — jij zorgt dat alles vlot en correct verloopt.
