De Allround Office Manager draagt zorg voor het vlotte en doelmatige verloop van alle dagelijkse kantoorwerkzaamheden. Je vervult een centrale rol in de bedrijfsvoering door administratieve, organisatorische en coördinerende werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Als Allround Office Manager fungeer je als het hoofdaanspreekpunt voor interne en externe relaties.

Jouw werkzaamheden

Kantoororganisatie:

Je waarborgt een goed gestructureerde en functionele werkomgeving. Het onderhouden van relaties en contracten met leveranciers behoort tot je taken, evenals het onderhandelen over prijzen en dienstverlening. Hierbij zorg je ervoor dat kantooractiviteiten (kosten)effectief verlopen. Je ondersteunt de leiding bij het ontwikkelen, implementeren en handhaven van kantoorbeleid en procedures. Daarnaast kom je proactief met creatieve en innovatieve voorstellen die de organisatie verder helpen. Indien nodig bied je ondersteuning aan het secretariaat. In deze functie ben je tevens verantwoordelijk voor: - het beheer van de ICT-omgeving, het onderhouden van contact met ICT-partners en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's betreffende computers, software en telefonie; - alle ondersteunende diensten en faciliteiten. Van schoonmaakdiensten tot koffievoorziening en alles daartussenin. Ook ben je het eerste contactpunt voor de gebouwbeheerder en onderhoud je de relatie met de verhuurder.

Managementondersteuning:

Je verleent assistentie aan de managing-partner en het managementteam door middel van documentbeheer en het voorbereiden van rapportages en presentaties.
