In en rondom Oss zijn verschillende productiebedrijven waar ervaren monteurs hard nodig zijn. Denk aan moderne fabrieken met geautomatiseerde productielijnen, transportsystemen, aandrijvingen, sensoren, pneumatiek en besturingstechniek. Functieomschrijving Als Allround Onderhoudsmonteur 5 ploegen zorg je samen met je collega's dat de productie blijft draaien. Bij een storing zoek je uit waar het probleem zit en zorg je voor een goede technische oplossing. Daarnaast werk je preventief aan machines en installaties. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Lokaliseren en oplossen van mechanische en elektrotechnische storingen• Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud• Controleren en onderhouden van machines en productieinstallaties• Vervangen en afstellen van technische onderdelen• Werken met onder andere aandrijvingen, sensoren, pneumatiek en besturingstechniek• Analyseren van terugkerende storingen• Meedenken over technische verbeteringen• Vastleggen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden Je werkt in Oss in een technische omgeving waar stilstand direct merkbaar is. Juist daarom krijg je als monteur verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om technische problemen daadwerkelijk op te lossen.
