Als Allround Onderhoudsmonteur werk je aan moderne productielijnen binnen de foodindustrie. Je combineert elektrotechniek en werktuigbouwkunde en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als Allround Onderhoudsmonteur zorg je ervoor dat de productielijnen van onze klant betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Binnen de foodindustrie is een goede technische werking belangrijk. Een storing kan direct invloed hebben op het productieproces. Daarom kom jij snel in actie wanneer een machine of installatie niet goed werkt. Je onderzoekt het probleem, bepaalt de oorzaak en zorgt voor een passende oplossing. Je werkt met verschillende technieken. Denk aan elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, pneumatiek en hydrauliek. Hierdoor is geen werkdag hetzelfde. De ene keer los je een elektrische storing op aan een productielijn. De volgende keer vervang je een mechanisch onderdeel of voer je onderhoud uit aan een transportsysteem. Ook controleer je machines en installaties tijdens geplande onderhoudsmomenten. Preventief onderhoud is een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Je controleert onderdelen, signaleert slijtage en voorkomt technische problemen waar dat kan. Zie je een mogelijkheid om een machine veiliger, sneller of betrouwbaarder te laten werken? Dan bespreek je dit met je collega's en onze klant. Je werkt in een 3-ploegensysteem. Daardoor ben je op verschillende momenten verantwoordelijk voor het technisch functioneren van de productie.
