Ben jij de technische expert die we zoeken? Als Allround Onderhoudstechnieker in de bruisende regio Limburg krijg je de kans om jouw technische vaardigheden in te zetten in een gevarieerde functie. In jouw rol als Allround Onderhoudstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden, waaronder:

  • Het oplossen van elektrische storingen
  • Uitvoeren van kleine sanitaire herstellingen
  • Herstellen en afstellen van automatische deuren
  • Plaatsen en herstellen van plinten
  • Kleine gyprocwerken
  • Tegelherstellingen
  • Algemene onderhouds- en kluswerken
  • Preventief onderhoud aan gebouwen en installaties

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat met een sterke affiniteit voor techniek en een drive om zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen. Bij Democo is het belangrijk dat je een teamspeler bent, maar ook zelfstandig kunt werken. Je denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket. De ideale kandidaat beschikt over:

  • Ervaring met elektriciteit en/of sanitair
  • Een flexibele instelling en aanpassingsvermogen
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan wachtdiensten (ongeveer 1 weekend om de 8 à 10 weken)
