Ben jij een technisch talent met ervaring in mechanisch onderhoud en industriële productielijnen? Voor een producent in de golfkartonsector in Wielsbeke, regio Harelbeke, zoeken we een allround technieker die mee instaat voor een optimaal draaiend machinepark. In deze technische functie staan preventief onderhoud, storingsanalyse en het verbeteren van productie-installaties centraal.

Als allround technieker werk je dagelijks aan de betrouwbaarheid van verwerkings- en verpakkingslijnen. Dankzij een combinatie van technische expertise, probleemoplossend denken en een hands-on mentaliteit lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie.

Wat ga je doen: - Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan productie-installaties en verpakkingslijnen. - Mechanische storingen analyseren en duurzame oplossingen realiseren. - Herstellingen, afstellingen en technische interventies uitvoeren aan machines. - Meewerken aan optimalisaties van installaties en productieprocessen. - Samenwerken met operatoren, techniekers en externe partners om stilstanden te beperken. - De technische betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit van het machinepark bewaken. Een technische opleiding in mechanica, elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische richting vormt een sterke basis voor deze functie. Relevante ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving is een plus. Kennis van machineonderhoud, mechanische herstellingen, productielijnen en storingsanalyse is belangrijk om deze functie succesvol uit te oefenen. Beschikt over een praktische en oplossingsgerichte technische ingesteldheid. Werkt zowel zelfstandig als vlot samen binnen een technisch team. Is flexibel en bereid te werken volgens een bespreekbaar uurrooster. Heeft aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid. Neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen.
