Het ene moment verwelkom je gasten bij de receptie, het volgende moment help je bij het ontbijt of zorg je ervoor dat gasten 's avonds gezellig een drankje kunnen doen aan de bar. Je bent dus niet alleen receptiemedewerker, barmedewerker óf ontbijtmedewerker: je bent allround inzetbaar binnen de dagelijkse operatie van het hotel . Geen dag hetzelfde, veel contact met gasten én lekker veel afwisseling. Wat ga je doen? - Gasten ontvangen en zorgen voor een fijne check-in en check-out. - Gasten helpen met vragen en tips geven over het hotel en Delft. - Reserveringen en andere receptiewerkzaamheden verwerken. - In de ochtend helpen bij het ontbijt en zorgen dat alles netjes en aangevuld is. - 's Avonds drankjes serveren aan de bar en zorgen voor een gezellige sfeer. - Een oogje houden op de algemene ruimtes en signaleren wanneer ergens iets nodig is. - Samen met je collega's zorgen dat de dagelijkse operatie soepel verloopt. - Meedenken over hoe we onze service en gastbeleving nóg beter kunnen maken. - En natuurlijk kun je meedoen aan onze sales challenges , waarmee je leuke prijzen en teamuitjes kunt winnen. Wie zoeken we? Je hoeft echt niet alles vanaf dag één te kunnen.
