Deze internationale zuivelonderneming is door groei op zoek naar een Allround Operator ter versterking van het team. Op de locatie in Bodegraven produceren ze verschillende zuivelproducten die in meer dan 100 landen worden geconsumeerd. Om het productieproces verder te optimaliseren en innoveren wordt er veel onderzoek gedaan, dit doen ze vanuit hun eigen R&D centrum. Binnen de onderneming wordt er veel gewerkt in kleinschalige teams. Je komt als Allround Operator terecht in een team bestaand uit 8 collega's. Je collega's zijn ervaren en beschikken over veel kennis. Als team zijn jullie flexibel, wendbaar en efficiënt. Jullie zorgen samen voor een soepele verloop van het productieproces en een eindproduct van de hoogste kwaliteit. Functie-inhoud - Je gaat in de 3- of 5-ploegen aan de slag met het instellen en bedienen van machines. - Wanneer nodig ondersteun je de Monteurs bij ombouw- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. - Je controleert de kwaliteit en rapporteert afwijkingen in het productieproces. - Je bespreekt de voortgang van het productieproces met de ploegleider. Functie-eisen - Je beschikt over een technisch mbo-diploma of relevante werkervaring. - Je hebt technische kennis van machines. - Je bent leergierig en hebt ambities om door te groeien binnen je functie. Wij bieden - Een goed salaris van €3.153,- tot €4.413,- bruto per maand afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring. - 25 vakantiedagen. - 8% vakantietoeslag en een goede bonusregeling. - Reiskostenvergoeding en een collectieve pensioenregeling. - Optie tot verschillende verzekeringsmogelijkheden. - Uitstekende opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
